Because all items at Ninety Ten Market are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of heart.

    • Your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective

    • You received the wrong item

    • Email us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

    We’ll review your request and either replace the item or issue a refund—whichever works best for you.

    We are unable to offer exchanges for size or color, so please double-check the sizing chart before ordering!

    • All products are made to order and fulfilled via our drop-shipping partners.

    • Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

    • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

    • USA: 3–7 business days

    • Canada: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

    Delivery times may vary due to high order volume, carrier delays, or customs (for international orders).

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you didn’t get it, check your spam folder—or contact us!

  • Once an item is marked “delivered,” we’re unable to replace lost or stolen packages. Please double-check the shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive your package if needed.
